Now HSA-Compatible

Beginning January 1, 2026, federal law expanded Health Savings Account (HSA) rules for Direct Primary Care. Individuals enrolled in qualifying DPC arrangements may remain eligible to contribute to an HSA and may use HSA funds tax free to pay eligible DPC membership fees.

HSA eligibility is subject to IRS requirements and individual circumstances.
